We are looking for an experienced Civil Draftsman to join our growing team and contribute to the planning and execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Develop site layouts, floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Prepare survey drawings, plot layouts, and site development plans.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Verify dimensions and technical details through site visits when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and construction standards.

Requirements

- Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering, Draftsmanship, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman.




- Strong knowledge of land surveying and survey drawings is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with Civil 3D, Revit, or similar software is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methods, building codes, and municipal approval drawings.
- Robust attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
