Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Consultants (FSC) to join our Sales Team at Barddhaman and Durgapur. The candidate will be responsible for generating new customer leads, conducting field visits, promoting automobile products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customer leads through field visits, references, local market activities, and other sources.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and other relevant details to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives for prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Conduct market surveys and identify recent business opportunities.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, customer meets, and local marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with the showroom Sales Team and Sales Manager for smooth customer handling and delivery processes.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers from lead generation to vehicle delivery.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers with good communication and sales ability may also apply.
- Previous experience in field sales, automobile sales, FMCG, telecom, banking, insurance, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- DA: ₹60 per day
- TA: As per company policy
