We are hiring a Clinic Sales Manager for our aesthetic hair & skin clinic. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the aesthetics/wellness industry, strong CRM handling skills, and the ability to convert consultations into confirmed treatment bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert walk-in and online leads into paying clients through effective consultation and follow-up
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for hair & skin treatment packages
- Manage complete lead lifecycle using CRM tools (lead entry, follow-ups, conversion tracking)
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with doctors/therapists to align sales pitch with treatment plans
- Upsell/cross-sell packages, memberships, and combo offers
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share performance insights with management
- Guide front-desk/counselor staff on consultation-to-sales conversion
- What we're looking for:
- 3+ years sales experience in aesthetic/wellness/beauty clinics (mandatory)




- Strong CRM knowledge & lead management skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skillsBasic understanding of hair & skin treatments (PRP, laser, rejuvenation, etc.)
