Roles And Responsibility

- Vendor Development & Management – Identify recent vendors and maintain existing supplier relationships.
- Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation – Source, assess, and evaluate vendors based on cost, quality, capacity, and delivery.
- Negotiation – Negotiate price, payment terms, MOQ, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Quotation Management – Collect and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Vendor Follow-up – Track orders, production, dispatch, and timely deliveries.
- Issue Resolution – Handle quality issues, shortages, delays, and discrepancies with vendors.
- Purchase Orders – Prepare and monitor POs and ensure vendor compliance.
- Alternate Vendor Development – Develop backup suppliers for uninterrupted supply.
- Cross-functional Coordination – Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Logistics.
- Cost & Performance Improvement – Drive cost reduction and improve vendor performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
