Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in LED TVs and Washing Machines.
- Attend customer service calls and provide in office technical support.
- Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of defective parts.
- Assist customers over phone for basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of service requests within defined TAT.
- Identify root causes of product failures and provide corrective solutions.
- Coordinate with service centers, spare parts teams, and customer support teams.
- Maintain service records, job sheets, and daily service reports.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical teams when required.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Conduct product inspections and quality checks after repairs.
- Support warranty and out-of-warranty service activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
