Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

 Conduct 60–80 cold calls per day to industrial plants and contractors

 Identify and map key decision-makers (Maintenance Heads, Shutdown Planners, Project Managers, Safety Heads)  Build and maintain plant-level database across India

 Trackupcoming shutdowns, maintenance cycles, and new project developments Meeting & Opportunity Creation

 Schedule qualified meetings for Industry Business Manager

 Shareintroductory company presentations

 Follow up on proposals and quotations

 Assist in tender tracking and documentation support CRM&Reporting;

 Maintain accurate CRM entries

 Trackfollow-up status

 Submitweekly activity reports

Ideal Candidate Profile

 Energetic and aggressive in outreach

 Robust follow-up discipline

 Growth-oriented mindset

 Interested in long-term B2B industrial sales career

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
