Job Summary

IKS Health is looking for an L1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users and resolve desktop, laptop, Windows, software, Outlook, network and access-related issues within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops and Windows OS.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Outlook, MS Office, browser and Internet issues.
- Handle Active Directory, Domain joining, user login and access-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS and network connectivity issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers and applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
- Provide support through remote desktop tools.
- Handle IT incidents and service requests using ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Follow SLA, escalation and incident management procedures.




- Coordinate with internal teams for issues requiring further technical support.
- Maintain proper ticket documentation and provide timely resolution.

Candidate Profile

- 1+ year experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
- Good hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Robust English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under SLA and handle multiple tickets.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
