Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering & proficiency in AutoCAD
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project cost estimates based on architectural and structural drawings.
- Interpret and review engineering drawings in AutoCAD, working closely with the detailing team to ensure accurate quantity calculations and cost planning.
- Support cost management activities, including budget development, cost evaluation, rate analysis, tender BOQ validation, and project cost tracking.
- Coordinate with rebar detailing and estimation teams to verify reinforcement quantities and contribute to cost-effective project execution.
- Prepare and maintain estimation records, quantity reports, and project documentation while adhering to client specifications and industry best practices.
Work Location: In person at Salem
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,100.00 per month
