Nexa Core HR Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Kolkata – Salt Lake, Sector V.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach companies for recruitment & HR consultancy services.
- Visit companies and meet HR Managers, HR Heads & decision-makers.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking and other channels.
- Develop and maintain strong corporate client relationships.
- Pitch our recruitment and HR consultancy services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into corporate tie-ups.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and fulfill client requirements.
- Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.




- What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali
- Confident and comfortable with field visits
- Good convincing & negotiation skills
- Presentable, energetic and self-motivated
