About the Opportunity

We're hiring on behalf of an early-stage, AI-native platform reimagining what forms can be — merging traditional questionnaires with conversational AI, voice, automation, and integrations into a single product. It's a small, fast-moving team looking for someone to help solve one of the hardest problems in building a startup: reaching the right audience.

About the Role

This internship puts the selected candidate directly in the founder's orbit, working on live growth problems rather than routine social media scheduling. Responsibilities include figuring out where users spend time online, what messaging resonates, what competitors are doing, and which growth experiments are worth pursuing next. No prior startup or marketing experience required — the client is looking for someone curious, resourceful, and internet-savvy.

Responsibilities

- Research potential users, online communities, competitors, and distribution channels
- Create and help distribute content across relevant platforms
- Identify communities and conversations where the product could add genuine value
- Support product launches and feature rollouts
- Scout directories, partnerships, and other distribution opportunities
- Assist with SEO and content research
- Design and run small growth experiments, tracking results
- Collaborate directly with the founder on new growth ideas





The scope of work will evolve quickly based on what's working.

Who Should Apply

- Currently in college or a recent graduate
- Strong understanding of how different internet communities and platforms work
- Transparent written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable researching unfamiliar topics
- Detail-oriented
- Curious about startups, SaaS, AI, marketing, or growth
- Self-directed — doesn't need step-by-step instructions
- Enjoys experimentation and problem-solving

Experience building an audience, running a community, growing a social account, or launching a side project is a bonus — not a requirement.
