About the Role

We are looking for a Market Research Intern who is curious, analytical, and interested in understanding businesses, markets, industries, and customer segments.

The intern will work closely with the team to conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry research, data collection, and lead/company profiling to support business and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed market and industry research using online and offline sources.
- Research companies, founders, promoters, investors, HNIs, UHNI networks, family offices, and other relevant profiles.
- Prepare competitor analysis and comparative market reports.
- Collect, organize, and validate information from reliable sources.
- Identify market trends, emerging businesses, opportunities, and potential target segments.
- Prepare company and prospect profiles with relevant business information.
- Research and maintain databases of potential clients, partners, investors, and business prospects.
- Analyse publicly available information and convert it into meaningful insights.
- Assist the team in preparing research reports, presentations, Excel/Google Sheet databases, and market intelligence reports.
- Track developments in relevant industries, companies, and markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand research requirements and deliver information within timelines.
- Ensure that all research data is accurate, updated, and properly documented.

Required Skills

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Search, Google Sheets/Excel, LinkedIn, and other online research platforms.




- Ability to find relevant information quickly and verify data from multiple sources.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and organize it systematically.
- Basic understanding of business, finance, marketing, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Candidate

- Students or recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Candidates interested in Market Research, Business Intelligence, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or Business Development.
- Candidates who are comfortable working with data and conducting extensive internet research.
