About the Role

Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial operations, including financial planning, statutory compliance, taxation, reporting, auditing, and internal controls. Must have robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage finance & accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, fixed assets)
- Prepare & analyze financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis
- Ensure GST compliance (registration, returns GSTR-1/3B/9/9C, reconciliations, audits)
- Manage TDS compliance (deduction, payment, quarterly returns, Form 16/16A)
- Oversee Income Tax compliance (TDS, Advance Tax, IT returns, assessments)
- Lead finalization of books, P&L;, Balance Sheet as per Ind AS
- Coordinate statutory & internal audits, ensure timely closure
- Ensure compliance with ROC, PF, ESI, Professional Tax
- Manage cash flow, banking, working capital, cost control
- Implement/strengthen internal controls, policies, processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Preferred Experience

- Pharma / Manufacturing / Trading industry
- Dealing with statutory authorities, auditors, consultants
- Strong understanding of Ind AS and tax laws
- Proven ability to ensure compliance and meet deadlines independently

Required Qualifications

- MBA (Finance) from recognized university
- CA / Inter (or equivalent)
- 7–15 years experience in finance & accounts
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act
- Hands-on experience in finalizing Balance Sheet, P&L;, audit handling
- Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP / similar accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
