FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

About the Company

JAZZ Beats LLP is an emerging consumer electronics brand specializing in earbuds, neckbands, and other audio accessories, with a focus on expanding its retail presence and building strong relationships with retailers and dealers.

Position Overview

We are looking for energetic, proactive, and result-oriented individuals to join as field sales executives. The role involves market visits, retailer and dealer onboarding, product promotion, relationship management, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new retail stores and dealers in assigned areas
- Onboard new retailers and develop long-term business relationships
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
- Promote and demonstrate JAZZ Beats products such as earbuds and neckbands
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and display at retail outlets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and dealers
- Understand retailer requirements and provide appropriate support
- Coordinate with retailers to resolve product, order, and operational queries
- Generate orders and contribute towards achieving monthly sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences
- Expand the company's retail network within the assigned territory
- Submit regular reports on visits, sales, and business development activities

- Comfortable with field work and regular market visits
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident interacting with retailers, dealers, and customers
- Target-oriented and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
- Interest in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories
- Willingness to travel within Pune as required

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, consumer electronics, telecom, retail sales, or business development will be an added advantage. Candidates without prior sales experience but with good communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Advantages

- Fixed Salary: ₹28,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000 per month
- Fixed Monthly CTC: ₹32,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹5,000-₹15,000+ per month
- Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹37,000-₹47,000+
