Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a travel agency, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare customized travel itineraries.
- Provide information regarding flights, hotels, visas, travel insurance, and holiday packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and travel partners for bookings.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality,



or a related field preferred.
- 3 months to 3 years of experience in a travel agency.
- Hands-on Travel Agency experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Knowledge of visa procedures and travel regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Salary

Up to ₹4 LPA + Performance Incentives

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with hands-on travel agency experience, robust communication skills, sales ability, and good knowledge of travel products who are comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
