The Computer Operator will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the company's digital database. This role requires accurate data entry, maintaining organized records, handling inventory-related documentation, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records and prepare excel reports.
- Process Inward and Outward entries and create and update GRN(Goods Receipt Note) entries.
- Enter and maintain Sales Order records.
- Compose, read, and respond to office emails.
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams to ensure accurate documentation.
Qualification:
Graduate in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
Experiance:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibility:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel(including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, MAX, MIN, and Pivot Tables).
- Comfortable composing, reading, and responding to office emails.
- Valuable typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
