- Flight Booking & Reservations:

Process international flight bookings for customers using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo), ensuring accurate ticket issuance.

- Customer Service:

Provide travel consultation to clients, helping them choose the best travel routes, dates, and flight options based on their preferences.

- Fare Calculations & Ticket Issuance:

Compute fares, issue, reissue, and revalidate tickets, including any upgrades or additional services as required by the client.

- Handling Changes & Cancellations:

Manage changes, cancellations, and refunds for international bookings while ensuring compliance with airline policies.

- Coordination with Airlines:

Liaise with airlines for ticketing queries, special requests, and to resolve issues such as schedule changes, lost bookings, or missed flights.

- Documentation & Compliance:





Ensure all travel documents, visas, and other necessary travel requirements are in place for international flights.

- Customer Records Maintenance:

Maintain records of customer bookings, ticket details, and transaction history for reference and follow-up.

- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Keep informed on airline promotions, travel restrictions, and industry regulations that impact international ticketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
