Lead Generation Officer (Remote)

Pexaworks is a fast-growing technology company delivering AI-powered solutions, automation systems, web applications, and digital products to clients across India and global markets.

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Officer to help us identify potential clients, build qualified sales pipelines, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across target industries and markets.
- Research, identify, and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, databases, and other prospecting tools.
- Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.
- Generate and nurture a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Robust understanding of B2B prospecting and outbound lead generation.




- Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and research skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with technology, SaaS, AI, IT services, or digital agencies.
- Exposure to international client acquisition and global markets.
- Familiarity with lead generation automation tools is a plus.
