We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance for software applications. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot software-related issues, assist customers through phone, email, chat, or remote support, and ensure timely resolution while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for software applications via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software installation, configuration, and usage issues.
- Handle customer queries and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.
- Escalate complex issues to the development or senior technical team when required.
- Log, track, and update support tickets using a ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications for customers.
- Monitor software performance and identify recurring issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.




- Assist customers with software upgrades, updates, and recent feature implementation.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- PGDSE, B.Tech, or BCA degree.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer support tools and remote troubleshooting is a plus.
