- Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple stores/locations.
- Drive recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Monitor attendance, payroll inputs, leave, weekly offs, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Conduct store visits to monitor grooming, discipline, uniform, and HR standards.
- Coordinate training, performance management, and employee development activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Work closely with Store Managers and business teams to achieve manpower and HR objectives.
- Drive employee retention and reduce attrition through effective HR initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
