- Assisted in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Sourced candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conducted initial candidate screening calls and evaluated profiles based on job requirements.
- Maintained candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview schedules using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Updated candidate records and recruitment status in ATS/HRMS platforms.
- Coordinated with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assisted in offer rollout, documentation, and joining coordination.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
