We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in building materials, construction products, or related sectors, with a robust ability to develop client relationships, generate business, and achieve sales targets. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive High-Value Sales: Guide premium clients through the exciting journey of designing and building their dream custom homes.
- Build Strong Networks: Connect with local architects, luxury real estate agents, and high-end buyers to grow our community presence.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with our in-house design and construction teams to bring unique client visions to life.
- Bring 2 Years of Experience: Apply your background in real estate or premium sales along with your excellent communication skills.
- Organise and Follow up:
Use the CRM software efficiently to record and follow clients, through long duration if required, so that they stay with us when making the final choice.
- Guide through Agreement: Closed clients too will need regular support in design phase up to Agreement signature. Keep them well served and raise customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+years of sales experience in the construction, interiors, building materials or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
