Key Responsibilities

· Deliver products, documents, and materials to customers, hospitals, courier offices, and other designated locations.

· Ensure timely and safe delivery of company products and documents.

· Collect and submit delivery acknowledgements, PODs, and required documents.

· Handle dispatch activities including packing, labeling, documentation, and courier bookings.

· Maintain dispatch and delivery records on a daily basis.

· Perform basic Tally entries and maintain related records.

· Prepare reports and update data using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Assist in office administration activities, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.

· Support inventory, dispatch, and billing teams whenever required.





· Follow company SOPs and maintain discipline while representing the company at customer locations.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate / HSC with relevant experience.

Key Skills

· Experience in Dispatch & Delivery Operations

· Basic Tally Knowledge

· MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Office Administration Skills

· Valuable Communication Skills

· Languages: Telugu and Hindi (Mandatory)

· Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License Preferred

· Responsible, punctual, and willing to travel locally within Hyderabad
