Position: Pharma / Chemistry Data Entry & Inventory Executive

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills:

- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of IP (Indian Pharmacopoeia) and BP (British Pharmacopoeia) raw materials and standards.
- Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime for inventory and accounting entries.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update product, raw material, and inventory records.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) for products.
- Enter and verify purchase, stock, and production data in Tally Prime.




- Monitor raw material stock and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality departments for data accuracy.
- Maintain documentation related to IP/BP materials and product specifications.
- Generate reports and assist in inventory reconciliation activities.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical industry preferred.
