Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack & AI Integration Engineer with 6–9 years of experience to lead the end-to-end solution design, architecture, and deployment of enterprise-grade document workflows integrated with Generative AI (OpenAI API).

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in .NET, Python, AWS Cloud Services, API design, security management, and cost-controlled production deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architecture & Solution Design

Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for AI-assisted document processing and enterprise workflow automation.

Create high-level and low-level architecture designs for scalable AI-enabled applications.

- OpenAI API & Prompt Engineering

Implement high-precision prompt tuning.

Develop structured response parsing and rigorous validation mechanisms for document processing workflows.

Integrate OpenAI APIs into enterprise applications.

Optimize token usage and AI-related costs.

- Cloud & Microservices Infrastructure

Develop and deploy scalable services across AWS and App Service environments.

Manage configuration schemas and secrets management.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Build secure and scalable microservices-based solutions.





- Logging, Observability & Cost Optimization

Build robust error-handling mechanisms.

Implement centralized logging and audit tracking.

Monitor token usage and implement cost-control mechanisms for LLM calls.

Implement resilience patterns such as circuit breakers and retry mechanisms.

- Quality Assurance & UAT

Drive systematic testing across all integration layers.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Manage defect resolution and ensure timely bug fixes.

Perform performance and latency tuning.

- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Prepare comprehensive operational runbooks and system documentation.

Conduct technical knowledge-transfer sessions for internal engineering teams.

- Core Technical Stack

- 6+ years of experience in C# backend development.
- Solid experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- 3+ years of experience in data processing, script automation, and AI/LLM SDK integration.

- API Usage & Integration

- JSON mode / structured outputs.

Quality & Reliability
