Job Summary
Location : AMBERNATH .

Mechanical Engineering- 3 - 5 years of experience in fabrication industry (Pressure vessel, dryers, tanks, heat reactors, exchangers).
IT Skills, particularly computer aid design.
NDT Level II preferred
Responsibilities and Duties

- Review of drawings, MDS and approved QAP.
- Preparation of well & test plan as per drawing.
- Knowledge of WPS/PQR/WPQ.
- Preparation of new WPS, Qualification of PQR & water as per section IX. & Maintain the record of WPS/PQR/WPQ.
- Knowledge of ASME Code, APJ 650, TEMA, & IS Standard.
- Coordination with Client, TPI and other concern department to fulfill the execution QC activities and complete with in schedule as per production planning.
- Material coordination inspection of materials& review MTC's as per applicable codes & specifications.
- Preparation of Stage inspection such as fit up weld visual, NDT and final dimension check for piping, structural and pressure vessel fabrication.
- Monitoring quality of various welding processes.
- Inspections of all stages as per QAP
- In process Inspection of all equipment in shop floor.




- RT Offer/RT Film Review & Preparation of RT Summary- Inspection of all NPE as per approved QAP (RT, PT, UT & PMT)
- Final inspection of Equipment in shop floor.
- Preparation of final inspection report.
- Witness of hydrotest of vessel limpet coil, agitate trial & preparation of report.
- Inspection of equipment during blasting and painting as per specification.
- Preparation of material heat chart & arranging of MTC.
- Preparation of Final dossier document.
- Mark up of as built dimension of drawing.

Arranging name plate & checking of name plate as per approval

Qualifications and Skills
BE- Mechanical with 3 - 5 years of experience in fabrication industry (Pressure vessel, dryers, tanks, heat reactors, exchangers).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
