Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural Draftsmanship from a recognized institute. Additional certification or training in AutoCAD

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil / Architectural Draughtsman with 8–8+ years of hands-on experience in the construction and real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and reviewing architectural and civil drawings for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination with consultants and site teams.

What You'll Do:

Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and shop drawings.

Develop and modify civil drawings including layouts, sections, elevations, and details.

Prepare drawings for residential, commercial, high-rise, and mixed-use projects.

Ensure drawings comply with design standards, statutory norms, and project specifications.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.

Incorporate design changes and site inputs into drawings in a timely manner.

Review consultant drawings and resolve clashes and discrepancies.





Support site teams with as-built drawings and execution clarifications.

Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and proper documentation.

Ensure drawings are prepared as per local authority and approval requirements.

Assist in preparing drawings for statutory submissions and approvals.

Provide technical drawing support to site engineers during execution

What We're Looking For:

Diploma / B.Arch - Architectural Drafting.

Relevant experience in construction & real estate projects.

Solid experience in high-rise buildings, residential and commercial projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

Good understanding of civil construction drawings, architectural detailing, and execution methodology.

Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in real estate developer environment.

Knowledge of local building by-laws and approval processes.

Candidate from local or nearby area preferred.
