We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry & Billing Assistant to join our textile business. The employee will be responsible for maintaining computer and physical records, preparing bills for textile cloth deliveries, and calculating employee salaries.
Key Responsibilities -
Enter and maintain daily business data in the computer.
- Prepare invoices/bills for textile cloth deliveries. - Record sales, deliveries, payments, and other business transactions. - Calculate monthly salaries/wages of employees accurately. - Maintain employee attendance and salary-related records. - Check data and bills for accuracy before finalizing them.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Perform other basic computer and office-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge and positive typing skills.
- Ability to use MS Excel and basic office software.
- Good knowledge of basic calculations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in data entry, billing, accounting, or a textile business is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should be honest, reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with numbers and computer data. Experience with billing, salary calculation, or textile-related work will be an advantage. Salary: 15000-20000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
