About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert with 2+ years of hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of campaign strategy, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop campaign strategies for lead generation, sales, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Conduct audience research and create custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on KPIs.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends, policies, and best practices.

Required Skills





- 2+ years of practical experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Robust understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize for better performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Meta Advertising are preferred.
- Experience handling multiple client or business accounts.
