About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Content Creator to build and grow the personal brand of our Director — a study abroad counselor helping students across Kerala and the GCC reach universities in Australia, the UK, New Zealand, Ireland, and Germany.

This is not a “post daily and hope” role. We want someone who can study what’s working, plan content with intent, and actually move the numbers — reach, followers, engagement, and enquiries.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and run the content strategy for our Director’s Instagram and YouTube presence
- Shoot video content — reels, shorts, talking-head videos, and studio content
- Edit content that holds attention and drives follows and enquiries
- Research competitors and study what’s working in the study abroad and education space
- Build and manage a content calendar so posting stays consistent
- Analyse performance data (reach, watch time, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategy based on what the numbers say
- Identify content topics students and parents are actively searching for
- Write hooks, captions, and titles that get clicks
- Report on growth and what’s driving it

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience growing social media accounts — please share numbers or accounts you’ve worked on
- Hands-on skills in shooting and editing video content




- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube — what performs and why
- Ability to read analytics and turn insights into a content plan
- Creative thinking with a strong sense of hooks, storytelling, and pacing
- Comfortable directing someone on camera and getting the best out of a shoot
- Bilingual — Malayalam and English (our audience is Malayali, in Kerala and the Gulf)
- Self-driven; able to own the content function rather than wait for instructions

Bonus

- Experience with personal brand or creator-led accounts
- Familiarity with the education, study abroad, or edtech space
- Basic design skills for thumbnails and graphics

Schedule

- Monday to Saturday, in office at our Kochi office
- This is not a work-from-home role
