Job Title : Junior Civil Engineer

Job Summary : We are looking for a Civil Engineer who is either a Fresher or has 1–2 years of experience in building construction. The candidate will support site execution, supervision, measurements, quality checks, and coordination with contractors and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, quantity calculations, and site reports.
- Monitor concrete, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials at the site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure construction activities follow safety and quality standards.




- Maintain daily progress reports and other required site records.
- Support senior engineers in planning and execution of construction activities.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in building construction will be preferred.

Experience

- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in Civil Construction.
- Experience in building construction projects is preferred.
- Candidates who have exposure to G+3 or above buildings will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of building construction and civil engineering practices.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of measurements and quantity calculations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites.
- Ability to monitor and follow up with contractors and workers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good site supervision and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates available to work at construction sites are preferred.
