Tech Guru Club (a Tech Guru Group company) is hiring an Inside Sales & Renewals Executive to sell and renew domains, web hosting, business email, SSL certificates and security products. This is a phone and chat based role with no field travel.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries from the website, chat, WhatsApp and email and convert them into orders.

- Make 50-70 outbound calls per day to prospects and existing customers for new sales and upgrades.

- Explain hosting plans, domain pricing, email solutions and SSL options and recommend the right plan.

- Prepare and share quotations, payment links and order confirmations, and follow up until payment.

- Contact every customer whose service is expiring at least 30 days before expiry and secure the renewal.

- Reduce churn by identifying at-risk accounts, resolving concerns and offering suitable upgrades.

- Cross-sell and upsell hosting, email, SSL, backup and security products to the existing customer base.





- Coordinate with the technical team for migrations, activations and customer issues.

- Maintain accurate records of orders, renewals, follow-ups and revenue in the CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer retention or renewals.

- Working knowledge of domains, web hosting, email hosting or SSL is a strong advantage.

- Good spoken and written English and Hindi; comfortable with chat and email support.

- Solid follow-up discipline and comfort with daily order and renewal targets.

- Graduate in any discipline. Basic computer and internet knowledge is essential.

Benefits: Fixed salary + incentives on new orders and renewals, product training and growth to Inside Sales Team Lead.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
