- Oversee and manage all nursing activities in wards, wound care units, and headquarters.
- Supervise the day-to-day work of nursing staff, assign duties, and manage shift rotations.
- Ensure nursing protocols and treatment plans are implemented with accuracy and compassion.
- Monitor patient care standards and intervene when necessary to maintain quality.
- Orient, mentor, and train new nursing staff in SCI patient care, wound management, and rehabilitation support.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing personnel.
- Identify training needs and organize in-service education programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Promote team motivation, discipline, and adherence to ethical practices.Patient Care Coordination
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to develop and review care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene in critical situations or emergencies.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient health records, medications, and interventions.
