Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Gurgaon
Job Type: Full Time (Work from Office Only)
Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 PM

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffi ng needs. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements

● Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels

● Write and post transparent, compelling job descriptions

● Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifi cations

● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams

● Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance

● Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

● Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fi ll, source of hire) and provide regular reports





● Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role

● Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment

● Experience in bulk hiring of digital marketing profiles like video editor, social media etc.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

● Strong organizational and time-management abilities Preferred Qualifi cations:

● Experience hiring in digital marketing industry

● Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri etc.

Job Type: Full-time, work from office only
Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
