Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload SMT component reels into feeders as per the production schedule.
- Prepare feeders for SMD components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, connectors and other components.
- Verify component part numbers, values, package types and quantities before loading.
- Match component reels with the BOM, feeder list and machine program.
- Perform proper feeder setup and feeder-to-slot allocation.
- Ensure correct component orientation and polarity during feeder loading.
- Support SMT machine changeovers and minimize setup/changeover time.
- Maintain accurate records of component reels and feeder usage.
- Check feeders for mechanical damage, wear, improper feeding and component misalignment.
- Perform basic feeder cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the SMT machine operator,



production supervisor, stores and material team.
- Ensure correct material identification and prevent wrong-component loading.
- Handle MSD-sensitive components according to applicable storage and handling procedures.
- Maintain proper ESD precautions while handling electronic components.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and component traceability requirements.
- Report missing, damaged or incorrect components immediately to the supervisor.
- Support line clearance and material reconciliation after completion of production batches.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
