Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to oversee garment production operations, supervise the production team, and ensure smooth and timely execution of production plans. The ideal candidate should be a strong team leader who can guide, motivate, and coordinate with the team to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day garment production activities.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the production team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, quality, and other departments.
- Identify production issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Ensure proper workflow and minimize production delays and bottlenecks.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and manpower performance.
- Maintain and improve production quality standards.
- Train and guide team members on proper processes and work methods.
- Ensure discipline, safety,



and proper working practices on the production floor.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and performance records.
- Coordinate with management regarding production status, challenges, and requirements.
- Ensure production is completed as per buyer specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in garment/textile production.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to supervise and guide a large production team.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
- Practical knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, and workflow management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, disciplined, and a strong team leader who can take responsibility for the production floor, guide the team effectively, resolve day-to-day production issues, and ensure orders are completed on time with the required quality and efficiency.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
