Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager – EV Workbenches to manage and oversee the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and timely delivery of EV workbenches and laboratory setups. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, quality control, material coordination, and ensuring projects are completed within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the complete production process of EV workbenches and training setups.
- Supervise the assembly, electrical wiring, fabrication, testing, and commissioning of workbenches.
- Prepare production plans and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage and coordinate the production team, technicians, and electricians.
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower and resources.




- Coordinate with the purchase and stores teams for the timely availability of materials and components.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure proper testing before dispatch.
- Monitor production timelines and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain production records and coordinate with internal teams for project requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of tools, machinery, and production equipment.
- Support the installation and commissioning of EV workbenches at client locations when required.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or project execution.
- Experience in managing electrical, electronics, EV, automotive, or laboratory equipment production is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, fabrication, assembly, and testing processes.
- Experience in handling and managing a production team.
- Positive planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple production activities.
- Knowledge of EV components and systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
