Job Title and Summary

- Title: IVF Staff Nurse (OPD & OT)
- Summary: Manage fertility clinic outpatient procedures and assist reproductive specialists inside the operating theatre.

Key Responsibilities

- OPD Duties:
- Prepare patients for fertility consultations and transvaginal scans.
- Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular fertility injections.
- Educate patients on stimulation protocols and medication usage.
- Maintain precise electronic medical records and treatment calendars.
- OT Duties:
- Assist doctors during oocyte pick-up (OPU) and embryo transfer (ET).
- Monitor patient vitals during sedation and recovery.
- Handle and label gametes and embryos with strict lab safety protocols.
- Sterilize surgical instruments and maintain theatre inventory.

Required Qualifications

- Education:



Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state or national nursing council license.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing, with at least 1 year dedicated to an IVF center or fertility clinic.
- Skills: Proficient in IV cannulation, phlebotomy, aseptic OT techniques, and handling emergency crash carts.
- Soft Skills: Empathetic listener, strong ethical judgment, and excellent coordination with embryologists and physicians.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
