We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement.

What You will Do

As a Designer & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our digital presence across platforms. Your responsibilities include:

- Social Media Management: Handle daily posting, scheduling, and management of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Content Planning: Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics, insights, and engagement metrics to improve performance.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with current social media trends and implement them creatively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, video, and counselling teams to create impactful content.
- Campaign Execution: Support promotional campaigns, ads,



and brand-building activities.

What You Bring

- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (freshers with robust understanding can apply).
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve engagement.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and tasks.
- A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
