About the Role

Varchas Energy is looking for a Design Engineer to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in solar PV system design and be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PVsyst.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed solar PV system layouts and engineering designs.
- Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical drawings, and BOQs.
- Perform solar system design, simulation, and optimization using PVsyst.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver accurate design solutions.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of engineering drawings and designs.
- Support project teams with required technical design documentation.

Requirements

- Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience:



1–3 years in electrical/solar design.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Experience with PVsyst.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, and solar PV systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
