Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to money transfers, transaction tracking, delays, and cancellations.
- Provide support through inbound calls, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account updates, profile modifications, and password resets.
- Coordinate with third-party payout partners and vendor networks to ensure successful transaction delivery.




- Verify customer information and support KYC/AML compliance processes.
- Maintain high-quality customer service while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
