We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who can manage people, ensure timely delivery of client work, and drive team performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of designers, video editors, content creators, and marketers.
- Plan, assign, and track daily tasks.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain quality standards across all projects.
- Create systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Ensure accountability and ownership within the team.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency Operations, Project Management, or Team Management.
- Experience handling a team of 5+ members.




- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Branding.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and project management tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
