About the Role

Codeninjas Training LLP is looking for motivated Business Development / Sales Professionals to join our growing global sales network on a commission-based model.

This is an opportunity for individuals who have strong business networks, enjoy connecting with decision-makers, and want to earn based on the business they generate.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, introducing Codeninjas' technology and BPO solutions, generating qualified opportunities, and helping convert prospects into clients.

What You Will Do

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients across international markets.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable Codeninjas solutions.
- Connect with business owners, founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Present relevant technology, software, AI, and BPO solutions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, demonstrations, and client discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and support the conversion process.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain basic records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.

Commission Structure

This is a performance-based commission opportunity.

There is no fixed salary for this position. Earnings are based on the business and clients you successfully generate.

Depending on the nature and value of the client engagement, there may be opportunities for recurring commission earnings, subject to Codeninjas' applicable commission terms.
