Job Responsibilities

· Enter and maintain sales-related data accurately in the company’s ERP system.

· Create and update sales orders, quotations, invoices, delivery orders and other sales documents in ERP.

· Enter customer details, product information, quantities, prices and other transaction details.

· Verify data and ensure all ERP entries are accurate and complete.

· Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch and Production teams for order-related information.

· Maintain daily sales entry records and prepare basic reports as required.

· Update customer and order status in the ERP system.

· Check and resolve discrepancies in sales orders, invoices and other ERP records.

· Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.

· Ensure timely completion of all assigned data-entry work.

· Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Required Skills

· Basic knowledge of ERP software and sales processes.





· Good typing and data-entry skills.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

· Good attention to detail and accuracy.

· Basic understanding of sales orders, invoices and dispatch documentation.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to handle repetitive work with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Qualification

· Graduate with relevant experience.

· Previous experience in ERP data entry, sales coordination or back-office operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
