Industry Requirement

Candidates must have relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Refining and Power Plant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities in the Refining and Power Plant sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with end users, EPC companies, consultants, and licensors.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate current business leads.
- Promote JVS Engineers’ control valves, gate valves, and severe-service flow control solutions.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Travel across India for customer meetings and business development activities.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of Business Development/Sales experience in Refining, Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Process Industries.
- Good knowledge of control valves, gate valves, or severe-service flow control equipment.
- Knowledge of API standards (API 6A/6B, PSL levels) will be an added advantage.
- Existing network with Indian refineries, power EPC companies, consultants, or licensors is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
