About the Company

We are a growing Retail, Interior Design and Architecture company specializing in premium interior solutions and home décor products. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team at Shamshabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate, qualify and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our products and services.
- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the Sales, Design and CRM teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Use effective negotiation and persuasion skills to support lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare and submit regular call and lead-generation reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Call Centre, BPO,



Retail or Customer Service is preferred.
- Candidates with Call Centre/BPO experience will be given preference.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Strong lead-generation, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel /formulas will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Shamshabad or preferably reside in and around Shamshabad.
