We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and supporting sales teams through effective online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:-
Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
Generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve target CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Manage social media pages and post regular content.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
Handle WhatsApp marketing campaigns and CRM lead integration.
Manage landing pages and website updates.
Track campaign performance and submit daily/weekly reports.
Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
Run retargeting campaigns to improve lead conversion.
Work closely with telecallers and sales teams to improve lead quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
