Job Description: We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer cum Setter with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently setting up, programming, and operating our Vertical Machining Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop effective CNC/VMC programs and toolpaths using CAM software (Mastercam, Delcam, SolidCAM).
- Work extensively with Mitsubishi M80 controllers to execute machining operations.
- Manage tool setups utilizing an Arm Type ATC (24 Tools) and configure accurate tool/work offsets.
- Secure raw materials and workpieces using a 300 mm open hydraulic vise.
- Ensure high-precision machining and surface finish for manufacturing of die and mould, and precision components.
- Perform basic routine monitoring of machine systems (coolant, centralized lubrication, and front chip disposal).

Machine & Equipment Profile: The candidate must be comfortable operating the following setup:

- Machine Type: STM Make Vertical Machining Centre VL 1000 Die and Mould Series
- Controller: Mitsubishi M80
- Spindle Specifications: BBT-40, 10000 RPM (with chiller), Spindle Power 7.5/11 Kw
- Tooling:



Arm Type ATC with 24 Tools
- Clamping: Hydraulics vise 300 mm open
- Systems Included: Panel AC, Head/Ring Coolant system, Automatic centralized Lubrication system, Full Guarding, and Hand Wheel operation.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years strictly in VMC programming and setting.
- Education: ITI or Diploma in a relevant mechanical/tool-room trade.
- Skills: Strong ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.

Software & Technical Proficiencies:

- CAM Software: Proficiency in Mastercam, Delcam, SolidCAM.
- Material Experience: Hands-on machining experience with Aluminium, SS, and MS.

Job Details & Benefits:

- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM [OT beyond 6:00 PM if required by Business]
- Working Days: Monday to Friday [Saturday and Sunday OT if required by Business]
- Shifts: Should be willing to work in rotational / night shifts [if required by Business]
