Qualification 12th / Graduate background, depending on the process

Experienced Candidates: Candidates with relevant BPO, customer service, telesales, backend or similar experience may be considered, depending on the position.
Skills
Candidates should ideally have:
Good English is mandatory
Hindi with regional language will give advantage
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Willingness to work from the Mumbai location
Ability to join within the required timeline
