About the Role

We are looking for an IT Admin cum Integration Specialist to manage day-to-day IT application support, Zoho platform administration and business application integrations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem and the ability to integrate business applications and automate workflows to improve organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, email and office applications.
- Administer and maintain Zoho One applications, including Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Mail, Zoho Forms, Zoho Creator and other Zoho applications.
- Configure, maintain and support integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms.
- Create and manage workflows, automation and business processes using Zoho applications.
- Integrate business applications using APIs, Webhooks, Zoho Flow and other integration tools.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, email configurations and application settings.
- Coordinate with software vendors for implementation, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Install, configure and maintain office software, business applications and antivirus solutions.
- Maintain IT asset records and software license documentation.
- Assist with implementation of new software solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare user documentation and provide basic training on Zoho and other business applications.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with Zoho One applications is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Zoho Flow, APIs, Webhooks and third-party application integrations.
- Understanding of business application administration and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with user management, application configuration and workflow automation.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Application Support, Zoho Administration or Business Application Integration.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho One is mandatory.
- Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment will be preferred.
- Zoho or relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Candidates must be currently based in Hyderabad and available for a face-to-face interview.

Immediate joiners will be given first preference.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
