- Handle current product development from concept to production.
- Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Develop and optimize CNC/VMC machining processes and programs.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Tool Room teams.
- Conduct product trials and prototype development.
- Identify and resolve technical and manufacturing issues.
- Prepare and maintain NPD-related documents, BOMs, and process plans.
- Ensure product development within defined quality, cost, and timeline.
- Support process improvement and cycle-time reduction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
